These two 100% merino variegated darning yarns make it simple to create an instant eye-catching mend.
 
A super fine, 3-ply yarn which can be split down to a single strand for mending very fine knitwear, or doubled/tripled up if you require a thicker yarn for your mending project.
 
This luxury yarn is spun and dyed in Italy - it's actually leftover surplus yarn from the textile production process and without being rescued it's likely it would end being wasted and sent to landfill.
 
It contains no added synthetic fibres unlike most darning wool or mending yarns and therefore releases no micro-plastics in the wash. We much prefer to source pure yarn which helps to reduce our impact on the planet, so this one gets a big tick from us!
 
Each card contains approximately 10 m (33 ft) of yarn.
 
The spacing between each colour change/repeat is inconsistent and varies between 7cm metres and 25cm (approx).
